Do I need a card for the trial?
No. Eligible new owners get one 30-day Standard trial after setting up their first branch. The trial is shared across branches in that workspace. Adding branches does not extend it. How the trial works.
Can I add my existing student list?
Yes. You can enter students individually or use spreadsheet import. Review your information and resolve any flagged issues before confirming an import. Student imports.
Can I manage more than one branch?
Yes. Each branch keeps its own operational records. Pricing is per billable branch per month, so the total depends on your plan and billable branch count. Understand branch billing.
Can my staff use Lab Lords?
Standard includes staff invitations and permission controls. Your staff see the branch information and actions they are allowed to access. Staff access.
